If you choose our Done-For-You plan, you will receive an email with your login credentials and all the necessary details to get started. We will then ask you to schedule a convenient time for a one-on-one Zoom call. During this call, we will get to know you and your business better and discuss your specific goals and objectives. Based on this information, our team will then begin working on building a customized strategy that is tailored to your business needs.
A. You sign in to your LeadShifter account straight from a web browser app.leadshifter.com — we recommend Google Chrome for best performance. We will send you a text message or email with instructions on how to download the mobile app for iOS and Android. You can also find the instructions on our Support Portal.
A. Our pricing plans vary depending on the level of service you require, but we offer both monthly and annual subscription options. You can see our pricing plans on our website or contact us directly for a customized quote.
A. We offer support for all our users, including training lessons/videos to help with onboarding. These lessons cover everything from the basics of setting up your account to more advanced features and strategies for maximizing your results.
For our Done-For-You plan users, we provide a dedicated support team to ensure that you receive the help you need whenever you need it.

A. There are no contracts for our DIY Plan (Essential Plan), and you can cancel anytime. For customers that sign up for our Done-For-You Plan, there is a 3-month contract, after these 3 months, you can downgrade or cancel anytime. However, all our customers need to sign a Service Agreement to use our services.
A. Absolutely! LeadShifter is user-friendly and easy to navigate. We have designed it to be simple and intuitive so that anyone can use it with ease. Plus, our support team is always available to assist you if you encounter any issues.
A. Yes, we take data privacy and security very seriously, and we have implemented strict measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. For more information on how we handle your data and protect your privacy, please refer to our Privacy Policy. It provides detailed information on our data protection measures and how we use and process your personal information.
A. Your subscription and billing cycle begins on the day you sign up with LeadShifter. This is your subscription renewal date. You will be charged automatically on a monthly basis for your subscription using the payment method provided. Invoices/Receipts are emailed to you monthly on this date and include your subscription cost plus any communication cost.
A. The ad spend is the responsibility of the user/company. While you can spend as much or as little as you'd like, we recommend spending at least $10-$20 dollars a day to see the best results. This investment in your business can pay off in the form of more leads and closed deals. Regardless of whether or not you choose to run ads, you will have access to all of LeadShifter's tools and resources to help you grow your business.

If you would like to have SMS, MMS, and calls integrated into our CRM, we have a process in place that requires A2P 10 DLC registration. Please note that this registration can take up to 8 weeks to get approved. If you are interested in these services and would like to proceed, after signing up, we encourage you to contact us to learn more about the registration process and associated costs.
A. In July 2021, the mobile carriers AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile announced 10DLC and The Campaign Registry to further reduce unsolicited and spam communication. These initiatives have enabled carriers to analyze business text messages more closely, resulting in faster delivery, higher message capacity, and improved delivery rates. The carriers charge a set of fees for businesses to register and send text messages and take advantage of those benefits. LeadShifter covers a portion of these expenses.
A. A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10 Digit Long Code) is a set of regulations that were implemented by the major US wireless carriers to govern the use of text messaging for business-to-consumer communications. The regulations were put in place to prevent spam and protect consumer privacy.
As a Leadshifter user, it's important to be aware of these regulations. Our platform is fully compliant with A2P 10DLC regulations, and we work closely with our carrier partners to ensure that our users can send messages that are properly labeled, authenticated, and delivered in a timely manner.
Failure to comply with A2P 10DLC regulations can result in messages being blocked or delayed, and potentially incur additional fees. Therefore, it's important to ensure that your use of text messaging is fully compliant with these regulations. We will help and provide guidance on best practices for compliant text messaging. Please, read our Messaging Policy.
A. Due to new regulations and verification processes put in place by the mobile carriers, it may be 10-20 business days before you're allowed to send messages with LeadShifter. Those days aren't wasted though! You still get access to LeadShifter to set up your account, go through the training videos, send emails and start running ads and collecting leads. All the automated campaigns are going to be active, only texts are not going to be sent out.
